"Language of Peace" is an international animation workshop:
  • an animated film that kids will produce about themselves
  • research of existing and search for new ways to put up with each other
  • far more than just "Never, never break friends"
  • animated film is shot at three different places by three teams of kids and teens
  • premiere screening will be on April 1 during film festival in Budva
We will meet twice a day for two two-hour sessions. Together with kids we will reproduce the full production chain of animation films. In one vivid weekend every participant of the workshop will be able to try himself in the role of a screenwriter, director, artist, animator and actor voicing characters. And all together we will turn into a film crew that will make its own cartoon.

We create a creative space where children and teachers together look for answers to exciting questions, make decisions for the heroes and thus learn to understand more about themselves and their own lives. In this workshop, participants become co-authors in a common project, learn to share the results of their work and accept the contribution of others, understand the value of their own and someone else's statements, negotiate and justify their point of view.
An important value in our work is openness. We do not hide that from the first to the last day we are in search and we do not have all the ready answers; we discuss every choice with the kids, share our doubts and arguments to show the mechanics of decision-making in a creative team.
